Annual Report Submission
The deadline to submit the Annual Report is May 31st, 2023 5PM EST.
This Annual Report can serve as a request for renewal, there will be a section for you to indicate such in this report. This report can take an average of 1-1.5 hours to complete.
Traditional Seminars
Traditional seminars seeking renewal for the following academic year will not be considered or receive funding until an Annual Report is received. Annual Reports must be received before the deadline.
Problem-based Seminars
Failure to submit an Annual Report for problem-based seminars will result in a pause in funding.
Notifications
We will notify conveners regarding their renewal/continuation status in early August. Please do not contact Carolina Seminars regarding your seminar status before then. We encourage conveners to please submit their reports in a timely manner to help quicken the review process.
